FUTURE PLANS

Cordage Commerce Center, our office campus, is home to over 60 businesses and organizations. Cordage Commerce Center is comprised of over 350,000 square feet of renovated mill space with dramatic brick construction with high ceilings and an appealing loft feel.

Our vision for the remainder of the site is The Seaport at Cordage. The Seaport at Cordage will be a vibrant mixed-use waterfront development with offices, residential (both apartment rentals and condominiums), retail, a marina and marine related uses and cultural spaces. The Seaport at Cordage was designated a Growth District Initiative by Governor Deval Patrick. It has received site plan approval on both the state and local levels.

We are served by mass transit with the Plymouth MBTA Old Colony Terminus on site and public bus service provided by GATRA. The development promotes job opportunities, housing opportunities, community enhancement and great design with low impact development priorities. The Seaport at Cordage with a 400 ft Pier and existing marina, will activate and provide public access to a tremendous waterfront and connect to the nearby hike and bike trail that leads to the downtown Plymouth waterfront.
